Refund Duration:

Upon receipt of your returned item, kindly note that the return process, may take up to two weeks for us to complete. Once the return processing is completed, it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement or bank account.

Restocking Fee:

If customers are discovered to abuse the return policy, engaging in excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently canceling or refusing placed orders, BasketSouq retains the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, suspend, block, and/or terminate the relevant customer accounts as deemed necessary.
